EVENT CAPTAINS
We provide servers for any size event from intimate residential dinners to large scale functions. If you have a hired caterer, our Captains will review the menu and ingredients to best represent the chef, cuisine, and the host of the event. Our servers can do everything from tray-passing appetizers or drinks with a smile to professionally executing large sit down dinners in a neat and organized fashion.
BARTENDERS
We provide full-service bartenders and mixologists who do a complete setup of the bar and bar area including glassware display, chilling of beverages, liquor set-up, and everything else necessary to prepare the full bar before your first guests arrive.
BEVERAGE
Our goal is to curate a cocktail list and beverage program that aligns with the concept of your event. Each package includes a full range of selected spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic mixers. We’ll handle the logistics of all deliveries, permits, liability, and insurance. Plus we can work with your existing caterer to create the perfect bar menu to suit any occasion.
